Getting Started with Whisker Waggers
Meet and Greet: First, we'll arrange a meet-and-greet to ensure we’re a good fit for your pet’s needs.
Form Completion: If both parties agree to move forward, you will then complete a Google Form with important information and agreements. This form will be provided to you after our meeting.
Booking: Once the form is submitted, we can finalize your booking and get ready to provide top-notch care for your pets!
Service Policies Overview
To ensure a smooth experience, here’s an overview of our service policies:
Pet Owner Responsibilities:
Provide accurate pet information, including health and behavioral details.
Ensure all necessary supplies are provided and grant access to your property.
Communicate any property hazards or safety concerns.
Payment and Fees:
A deposit is required before services begin, with the remainder due at the end.
Additional fees may apply for extra costs or excessive cleanup.
Cancellation and Termination:
Cancellations need at least 3 days’ notice to avoid a fee. Early terminations require full payment for the originally scheduled period.
Emergency Protocols:
Provide an emergency contact. The sitter is authorized to seek emergency veterinary care if necessary.
Confidentiality:
Your information will be kept confidential and not shared without consent.
Liability:
You agree to indemnify the sitter from claims, except in cases of gross negligence.
Photo and Video Release:
By agreeing, you authorize the use of photos and videos of your pets for promotional purposes.
