Meet and Greet: First, we'll arrange a meet-and-greet to ensure we’re a good fit for your pet’s needs.
Form Completion: If both parties agree to move forward, you will then complete a Google Form with important information and agreements. This form will be provided to you after our meeting.
Booking: Once the form is submitted, we can finalize your booking and get ready to provide top-notch care for your pets!

To ensure a smooth experience, here’s an overview of our service policies:

Pet Owner Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate pet information, including health and behavioral details.
- Ensure all necessary supplies are provided and grant access to your property.
- Communicate any property hazards or safety concerns.
Payment and Fees:
- A deposit is required before services begin, with the remainder due at the end.
- Additional fees may apply for extra costs or excessive cleanup.
Cancellation and Termination:
- Cancellations need at least 3 days’ notice to avoid a fee. Early terminations require full payment for the originally scheduled period.
Emergency Protocols:
- Provide an emergency contact. The sitter is authorized to seek emergency veterinary care if necessary.
Confidentiality:
- Your information will be kept confidential and not shared without consent.
Liability:
- You agree to indemnify the sitter from claims, except in cases of gross negligence.
Photo and Video Release:
- By agreeing, you authorize the use of photos and videos of your pets for promotional purposes.
