How do you handle keys and access to my home?

We ensure the secure handling of your keys and access information. They are kept safe and returned to you as requested.

Do you offer overnight sitting services?

Yes, we offer a 12-hour overnight stay, which includes a midday drop-in and a dinner drop-in. For example, we might be with your pet from 9 PM to 9 AM, with additional visits at 1 PM and 6 PM. Times can be adjusted based on your pet’s feeding routine and specific needs to ensure they receive the best care.

Can I meet you before booking?

Absolutely! We offer one free meet-and-greet so you can get to know us and ensure we’re a good fit for your pet’s needs. Just send us a message through the "Get in Touch" page to schedule your meet-and-greet.

What is included in a standard drop-in visit?

A standard drop-in visit includes 30 minutes of care, which covers feeding, potty breaks, and playtime. Additional charges may apply for holiday rates, extended time, and multiple pets. For a detailed breakdown of our services and rates, please check out our Services and Rates page.

How do I pay for your services?

You can pay for services via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or cash. Half of the payment is due on or before booking, and the remaining balance is due on the last day of service.
